Ear Warmers

 Believe it or not, I had to make ear warmers recently because of a polar vortex that blew across the country and even brought snow - SNOW! FREAKIN' SNOW!! - to Pensacola, up in north Florida! 

SNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yikes! 

Even central Florida got cold, so it's a good thing I had cowls and scarves to help me stay warm! 

I wanted to do an ear warmer to match this scarf:

...so I made this:

Like I said, I was very happy to have it! 

I had some leftover yarn from another project, so I made these as well:

All of these are Tunisian crochet, which I am obsessed with. The only pattern I have a name for is the one directly above, with one side purple and one side variegated. That was done in the honeycomb pattern. I'll have to write a pattern for this ear warmer and post it. 

I also made a red, white, and blue ear warmer that I wore to work on Inauguration Day:

I didn't have a matching scarf, although I plan to fix that ASAP. I just wore the white cowl I made some months back.
